    Walk-through with you. Operation, glazing alignment, weather-seal, finishes - all checked. Site cleaned, off-cuts taken away.

Common awning & casement window questions

A typical residential installation is 1–2 days. Manufacturing lead-time is 4–6 weeks from quote acceptance – longer for architectural orders.

Every awning and casement we make is fabricated to your opening at South Windsor. Non-standard sizes are no problem.

Awning and casement windows have a compression seal that gives them excellent thermal/acoustic performance. The ThermalHEART 726 series with double glazing is the highest-performing option in our range.

Yes – 12 months workmanship, plus AGWA member-supplier warranty terms on the window assembly itself (typically 7–10 years on hardware, 10+ on frame).

Wipe seals annually, lubricate winder gear with light grease every couple of years, and check fasteners on the chain winder if the action gets stiff.
