The brief
A genuine glass house. The brief was to take the entire rear wall away and open the living space to the gum-tree paddock - without sacrificing the bushfire compliance, thermal performance, or acoustic isolation the bushland setting demanded.

Marine-grade hardware specified throughout. Salt-coast spec on every component. Bi-fold doors to the deck, louvres on bedrooms for cross-flow.

Crosslands Road
School fit-out across two buildings. Commercial-grade Series 50 hinged doors and louvre galleries. Worked nights and weekends to avoid disrupting term.
